Sitting on the banks of the River Dane and nestled in the small Staffordshire hamlet of Gradbach, this former silk & flax Mill is full of rich history and heritage. Lovingly refurbished & uniquely placed, the Mill is set within 16 acres of land offering access to some of the most beautiful scenery the Peak District has to offer.

There is so much light and space to practise gentle yoga, meditation, qi gong and connecting to the breath as well as inner reflection. There will be plenty of time in between sessions to explore nature and get in touch with yourself which will help you to slow down and relax.

You can arrive anytime after 3.00 pm on the 5th August and the Retreat finishes at 11.00 am on the 8th August.

The menu is vegetarian.
