Your body is your teacher and by ‘listening’ you will be able to open it up to release any built up tension. This will give you more freedom and ease. In this gentle yoga practice, we will open up the chest, the shoulders, the hips, the pelvis and your back in a way that works with you so you feel more embodied.

With Mindfulness, we will look at old patterns of thinking that impact the body so we can totally let go so you feel more more relaxed and comfortable.
In the Meditation, we will rebalance and release so you will end the morning refreshed and revitalised.
