Sitting on the banks of the River Dane and nestled in the small Staffordshire hamlet of Gradbach, this former silk & flax Mill is full of rich history and heritage. Lovingly refurbished & uniquely placed, the Mill is set within 16 acres of land offering access to some of the most beautiful scenery the Peak District has to offer.

I am so pleased to be holding this three-night yoga retreat set in this stunning part of the country in the height of the Summer.

There is so much light and space to practise gentle yoga, meditation, qi gong and connecting to the breath as well as

inner reflection. There will be plenty of time in between sessions to explore nature and get in touch with yourself.

Included in the cost is full board and refreshments, accommodation (all rooms ensuite) and all classes and workshops.
