This is the perfect opportunity for you to take yourself away from the busy world and spend precious time with yourself. We will be exploring the theme of creativity, which is a vital form of expression to enhance our lives.  The timetable will include yoga classes twice daily, meditations, personal development workshops and creative flow movement.
