Going on a Yoga Retreat is the perfect way to rest and rejuvenate

‘Come with me and rest awhile

Lay down your weary head and smile

Stretch yourself out and give yourself space

Let life be slow and end the race’ (Kim Rossi)

When was the last time you really took time out for yourself? This is a question I often ask my clients and yoga class participants. I feel it is so important to give yourself this gift.  Taking conscious time away from all of your everyday responsibilities frees you to focus on yourself and this is so powerful.

There is an opportunity to really slow everything down when you create the space for this. So when you attend a Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat, you will be gently invited to go more inward to your deepest self.  There are opportunities for reflection on your life. From this place, you will have a sense of what changes you need to make so you can create more balance in the outside world.

“Because you matter”

The yoga classes open up the body to release any built up stress or tension. They are also grounding and help you to feel much more embodied. And because you are practicing yoga for up to three hours a day, a lot of freedom and release can happen.

The Breathwork helps to free any constrictions  on a mental, emotional and physical level.

The Meditation allows you to sit with yourself so you can really see the mind chatter for what is really is.

Being in nature will help you to soften, relax and let go. There is something so comforting about listening to the birdsong, feeling the breeze in your hair and the sun on your face.

Having a facilitator gently guide and support you will create the holding you need to really let go into the breath and the body.

I regularly hold Yoga and Wellbeing Retreats both in the UK and Abroad. If you sign up to my mailing list, I’ll make sure you’re kept up to date with all of my events. And of course I will welcome you with open arms.
